Gordon is a retired Family Physician and Med School Professor. He has been a national leader in the Sierra Club and the Surfrider Foundation. He became a vegetarian in 1976.

Ted Bohlen is a former Deputy Attorney General and co-founder of Climate Protectors Hawaii. Ted advocates for stronger environmental laws, including support for plant-based food and building materials.

Helen Cox is the former Chancellor of Kaua`i Community College and now Chair of Kaua`i Climate Action Coalition. and co-lead of Kaua`i Chapter of Citizens Climate Lobby. 

John Kawamoto is a retired legislative analyst who advocates for the environment and affordable housing.
