John's Hummus Variation
1 can Garbonzo beans (or any other bean), drained, but save the liquid
2 Tbsp. of the liquid from the canned beans
3 Tbsp. Peanut Butter (the kind that is made with only peanuts, not Skippy or Jif)
¼ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Curry Powder
1. Put all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. If it’s too thick,
add a little more of the bean liquid.
2. Spread on bread, or use as an ingredient of a sandwich, or use as a chip dip.
