Matt's Beyond Tofu Wrap
1 block of firm tofu, drained and crumbled
1/2 to 1 Beyond Burger patty (or Beyond Burger ground meat)
Minced garlic and onion
Black pepper (or any preferred spices)
Leftover rice (reheated) or fresh rice
Tortilla wraps
Mixed salad greens or other veggies
Your favorite sauce (salsa, teriyaki, barbeque, mustard, or vegan ranch)
1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Add the crumbled tofu to the pan and cook for about 7 minutes until it reaches a crumbled consistency.
3. Add the Beyond Burger patty (or ground meat) to the tofu. Mix well and continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Season with minced garlic, onion, and black pepper (or other preferred spices).
5. Warm the tortilla wraps.
6. Assemble the wrap: Place a portion of the tofu/plant meat mix on the wrap, add a handful of mixed salad greens or other veggies, and top with reheated rice.
7. Drizzle your favorite sauce over the filling.
8.Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
9. Enjoy your high-protein, filling dinner wrap! 🌯🌱
